Step-by-Step Guide to Update Your VSP Find a Doctor Directory Listing
Updating your listing is a simple process through Eyefinity®. Here’s how to get started:
Getting Started
- Log in to Eyefinity®: Access Eyefinity using your practice username and password.
- Navigate to VSP Online: Click on eINSURANCE in the top navigation bar, and then select VSP Online located in the upper right corner.
- Access Practice/Doctor Updates: In the left-hand navigation menu, choose Administration, followed by Practice/Doctor Updates.
Add or Update the Appointment Scheduler Button
- Go to Appointment Scheduler Tab: Click on the Appointment Scheduler tab.
- Initiate Update: Click Get Started.
- Enter Scheduler URL: Input or modify the URL for your online appointment scheduling system. Ensure the link includes “http://” and a valid domain extension (e.g., “.com”, “.net”, “.org”). Double-check for correct spelling and link validity.
- Agree to Terms: Check the box next to Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Save and Publish: Click Save & Publish to finalize your changes.
Add or Update Doctor’s Profile Information
- Access Monitor Your Profile Tab: Click on the Monitor Your Profile tab.
- Verify Active Profile: Confirm that your profile status is set to Active on vsp.com.

- Preview Profile: Click Preview Profile to review the accuracy of all entered information.

- Include Photo: Check the box to include a doctor photo in your listing.
- Change Photo (If Updating): To update an existing photo, click on Change Photo.
- Upload New Photo: Upload your desired photo from your computer.
- Reposition Image (If Needed): Use your cursor to drag and reposition the photo within the frame.
- Save and Publish: Click Save & Publish to update your photo.
Add or Update a Link to Your Website (Premier Edge Practices Only)
- Go to Update Information Tab: From the Update Information tab, click Manage Your Social Media Links.
- Select Website Link: Check the box for Private Practice Website Link.
- Manage Website Link: Click on the button for Add, Delete, or Change Private Practice Website Link.
- Enter Website URL: Enter your practice’s website address (URL) in the field for Current Private Practice Website Link.
- Submit Changes: Click Submit to save your website link update.
