To complete your application, you will need to submit the following documents through SOPHAS (Schools of Public Health Application Service):
- SOPHAS Application and Application Fee: Complete the online application and pay the required fee through the SOPHAS portal.
- Three Letters of Recommendation: We require at least one academic reference from a higher education institution and one professional reference. The third letter can be academic or professional. Academic references should ideally be from course instructors who can assess your potential for graduate-level studies. Recommendations from family or friends are not accepted. Letters must be submitted electronically to SOPHAS by the recommenders.
