His commitment to service led him to Langley Air Force Base in 1992, where he served as a staff orthopaedic surgeon. In 1995, Dr. Anthony T. Carter transitioned to Hampton Roads Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, bringing his expertise to the local community.
